Terms of Service

IndianBL is a discovery and curation service for Hindi-language Boys' Love series, films and short films made by Indian creators. We organise titles, episodes, creators and collections so they are easier to find and follow.

We do not host video. Playback happens through the original creator's YouTube upload, embedded on our pages. Every video remains the property of its creator or channel, who can change or remove it at any time. When that happens the title may show as unavailable until we find a replacement source.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe. Some titles carry a 16+ or 18+ rating; the rating is shown on every card and title page, and you can hide mature titles from your feed in Preferences.

IndianBL is built for viewers in India. Prices are in Indian Rupees and the catalog is curated for an Indian audience.

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep your inbox secure, and do not forward sign-in links. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You can update your display name and avatar at any time. If you want your account and its data deleted, ask us through the report form and we will confirm before removing it.

Premium costs ₹99 per month, billed in INR and processed by Razorpay. It unlocks subscriber-only titles, hidden gems and curated picks, and syncs your watchlist and history across devices.

• Renewal. The plan renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• Cancelling. Cancel any time from Account → Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
• Failed renewals. If a renewal payment fails we retry once during a short grace period and email you first. If it still fails, Premium pauses until you subscribe again; your account and saved titles are not affected.
• Refunds. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or where we have charged you in error.
• Price changes. If the monthly price changes we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it affects you.

Your subscription pays for curation, discovery and product development. It is not a licence fee for any third-party video.

When you use IndianBL you agree not to:

• share, resell or automate access to your account or to Premium titles;
• scrape, copy or redistribute the catalog, metadata or artwork;
• attempt to bypass subscription checks, rate limits or other protections;
• file false reports, or harass creators or other viewers;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We list creators and channels so their work can be discovered. If you are a creator and would like a title corrected, credited differently, or removed from IndianBL, use the report form and we will act promptly. Removing a video on YouTube also removes it from playback here.

Every title has a report button for broken video, wrong metadata, wrong language or country, duplicates and inappropriate content. Reports are reviewed by our team; we may edit, unpublish or archive a title as a result.

The IndianBL name, logo, editorial text, collections and the way the catalog is organised belong to us. Videos, thumbnails, titles and synopses belong to their respective creators and are used to identify and link to their work.

IndianBL is provided as is. We work to keep it available, but titles can disappear when a source is removed, and features may change as the product grows. We may update these terms; when the change is material we will notify account holders by email or in-app before it takes effect.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using IndianBL at any time; an active subscription can be cancelled first so that no further payment is taken.

To the extent permitted by law, IndianBL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of third-party videos and websites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
